Ten years ago I had two precancerous tumors removed from my colon - tumors that, according to my health history, were solely based on the amount of anxiety and stress I was under.
On anti-depressants that made me feel like a stranger in my own body, anxiety that made me want to escape to drinking and other unhealthy retreats, I knew that there had to be a better way to cope with all of this.
It was then I discovered mindfulness meditation through my psychologist who started my teachings on this practice.
Today I live a life I love, and help others do the same. I have combined my business experience and mindfulness trainings to help corporations, executives, and individuals find compassion and care for themselves.
I feel so fortunate to be able to share my experiences and knowledge to help others. My programs pull from over 10 years of mindfulness studies to include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaching certification, studies in non-violent communication, and mindful movement with 700+ hours of yoga certification.
