Lovely to see you. I’m Courtney.
MY INTENTION: Share the gift of mindfulness practice, supporting others to in cultivating curiosity and compassion into their everyday lives. When we find more peace within ourselves, this ripples outward to all beings, everywhere.
I discovered yoga 20 years ago and discovered quickly that connecting to my body through movement was a tremendous support to my physicial and mental well being. Five years later, after navigating significant stress and anxiety, I found mindfulness, which changed the way I face difficulties through connection to the body and mindscape.
A lifelong student and now teacher of mindfulness, I have blended my experiences and certifications to create The Mindful Way: a holistic approach that integrates meditation, Buddhist philosphy, breathwork and yoga to help my students navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and awareness.
Mindfulness has been an anchor through family tragedies, life transitions and work stress, helping me to see all of my moments of struggle as passing clouds in the wide open sky of life. Mindfulness practice is a gift that that continues to evolve and bring clarity.
