Each Tuesday Live on Zoom from 5:30p - 7:30p
This 8-week Mindfulness Study is intensive, teaching its participants mindfulness meditation, mindful movement, and cultivating the mind-body connection, which in turn aids in reducing stress and living a more compassionate life.
Each week you will learn mindfulness techniques to build present moment awareness. Classes are 2 hours in duration, with one day-long silent retreat near the end of the course to practice what you have learned.
