I work with individuals and small businesses to teach a skill to help you navigate life with more ease. This practice brings focus, improves sleep and offers support when we are faced with challenge. Opening and gaining resillience through compassion.

Our Programs

Supported by 40+ years of proven research, Mindfulness Practice gives us the tools to
help manage our reality’s groundlessness and return to this moment. Using care and
compassion to connect with ourselves and each other.

What is Mindfulness?

A secular practice in part through the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Thousands of studies have documented the physical and mental health benefits of mindfulness.
