Welcome your Place to Breathe.
I am here to help you manage stress through mindfulness
a refuge - no matter the circumstance
in this very moment
mindfulness, Movement, and Breathwork programs that support the discovery of self, creating opportunities for easeful living.
Ten years ago, I struggled with panic attacks and anxiety. all of which came from the stress that I was under. I ignored the issue and it ultimately affected my emotional and physical health.
It was then that I discovered Mindfulness to help me manage my stress, a practice that has changed my life.
I now work with individuals and small businesses to teach a skill to operate at your best. Mindfulness helps you become more focused, manage stress, improve your sleep, and cultivate a practice that supports you when faced with life’s challenges.
The good news is you are already on the path - just by breathing.
“As long as you are breathing, there is more right with you than there is wrong, no matter how ill or how hopeless you may feel.”
- Jon Kabat Zinn
Supported by 40+ years of proven research, Mindfulness Practice gives us the tools to
help manage our reality’s groundlessness and return to this moment. Using care and
compassion to connect with ourselves and each other.
